Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SentinelAI bot, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who We Are

The Service is operated by MinimalPulse ("we", "us", "our"). For support or legal inquiries, contact us at contact@sentinelai.dev or via our support server.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement (13+) and comply with applicable laws. If you are a minor, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Server administrators are responsible for configuring the bot and managing permissions and roles. You acknowledge that staff with sufficient permissions may affect how the Service behaves on your server.

4. Definitions

"Server" means a Discord server where the bot is installed. "Premium" means paid features enabled for a specific Server. "Content" means text, images, links, and any material processed by the Service.

5. License & Service Use

  • We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service on Servers you administer.
  • You grant us a limited license to process Content as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service (e.g., moderation, logging, and diagnostics).
  • We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time to maintain security, performance, or compliance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Exploit, harm, or interfere with the Service (including reverse engineering, bypassing rate limits, or load testing without consent).
  • Use the Service to violate Discord’s Terms or Community Guidelines, applicable laws, or the rights of others.
  • Submit or facilitate unlawful, harassing, threatening, or otherwise prohibited Content.

7. Automated Moderation & Appeals

  • Depending on your configuration, the bot may take automated actions (e.g., delete, timeout, kick/ban). False positives may occur.
  • Admins can adjust settings in the dashboard. If you believe an action was taken in error, contact us at contact@sentinelai.dev.

8. Third‑Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Discord, Stripe, and cloud providers (e.g., Supabase). Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes by third parties.

9. Premium, Fees & Taxes

Premium is granted per Server upon completion of a Stripe Checkout session. Entitlement is tied to the Server ID in payment metadata. Premium may be revoked for chargebacks, refunds, fraud, or abuse. Prices may include/exclude taxes depending on region; Stripe handles tax calculation/collection where required.

  • No Card Storage: We do not store full card details; Stripe processes payments.
  • Refunds: Requests are assessed case‑by‑case based on usage and fraud risk. Contact contact@sentinelai.dev.
  • EEA/UK Consumers: You may have a 14‑day right to withdraw from digital purchases unless you consent to immediate provision and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right. Where required, we will capture that consent during checkout. If you do not consent, Premium will activate after the withdrawal period.

10. Intellectual Property

  • The Service and all related IP are owned by us or our licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
  • You retain rights to your Content; you grant us the limited rights described in Section 5 solely to operate the Service.

11. Feedback

If you send ideas or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual license to use them without obligation to you.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. This does not affect warranties that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) EUR 20 or (b) the amounts you paid to us for Premium in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, death, personal injury, or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnity

If you are a Server owner or admin using the Service for organizational purposes, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third‑party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for security, legal, or operational reasons, or if you breach these Terms. You may remove the bot from your Server at any time.

17. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify these Terms. We will post changes on this page and update the Effective Date. Material changes will be announced via our website or Discord. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Poland.
